Do dog ball thrower launchers only work with your balls?
You are not restricted to using the balls provided by us. Any ball that measures 2–2.3 inches is compatible with our dog ball launcher. Are the spindle rods supposed to thread into the holes or slide in?
The spindle rods do not thread into the holes. The rods will slide into the holes on the side of your gate. You then spin the knobs on the spindle rods to pressurize your gate.

What kind of bed can your bed rails be used on?
Our bed rails work with mattresses as large as queen-size. A box spring is required for using these bed rails. Do not place two single bed rails on the same bed.
